Achievements: - Developed the main strategy and masterplanning and implemented business plans for reshaping, business developing, exploitation and sustained growth of the National Olympic Sport Center Papendal (30.000 m2 gfa / political approval for an extra 30 % expansion of future building activities), a turn-around concept connected with the subjects Sport & Education, Sport & Health, and Expertise & Innovation. - Conducted the program & project development, tendering and contracting, design and building processes for the Olympic Training Center, Sport Boulevard, Innovative Athletics Track, Sprint Hall, Educational and Hotelfacilties and the Sport & Innovation Center (12 projects /investment: € 60 mio). - Coordinated and promoted several Business Start-ups for the Sport & Innovation Center in its pursuit of excellence. - Established commercial partnerships, research and educational alliances in the Health, Food and Technology Valleys (industries, universities Nijmegen, Wageningen and Twente). - Achieved political, governmental and municipal approval. Prepared the organization for commercial partnerships and procurement alliances with sport associations (50 personnel / budget € 10 mio / procurement volume € 9 mio / realized savings 15%). - Ensured the re-orientation of the ICT branch. Prepared two ICT business units (NL Sportland Digital and Sport.nl) to become self reliable. - Provided management for the reshaping, commercialization and exploitation of sports accommodations, leisure projects events and real estate (in -and outdoor locations) and sport premises (160 ha)
