Engineering and architectural design firm. Also own Tower Third Party Review, LLC a code and permitting business for Hawaii and hold the ownership of Tower Design Group, LLC, California. All hold SDVOB/VOSB certifications. Work scope includes assessments specifically; including Life Safety ones for healthcare/hospitals (JCAHO) and for valuations and operational aspects of infrastructure. Market area includes Guam, West Coast and Hawaii. Miscellaneous work includes federal and state contracts, commercial and retail projects. Market efforts include full federal RFP packages, commercial bidding packages and negotiated contracts. Side efforts have included green work in the water conservation and shoreline areas.
Started as the Financial Manager, moved to CFO and on to COO within a year. Organized diversified revenue plans and outlets. Concurrently President of subsidiary financial company with a volume of around $10 million specifically set up for retail financing of heavy equipment for construction and logging firms.
Started as a credit and financial manager for the Eugene Oregon store. Took over as interim Store Manager for six months when the current manage was ill. Promoted to Store Manager in Portland directly thereafter and then to Corporate Marketing Manager and less than a year later to VP & COO. Territory included 3 states, sales, parts and service and about a dozen sales staff plus another ten product support personnel. Business was heavy industrial and logging equipment including attachments, some export and some out of country manufacturing. Volume was around $20-30 million and staffing was approximately 125 persons.
Financial and Credit Representative for the NW Region for the New Holland Division. Set up dealerships, trained sales people to sell using financing as a tool. Tracked dealership flooring for inventories and maintained retail contracts.
