Developed and executed the national program with Walmart and Target to increase their wireless and associated accessories sales by creating customized consumer offers and wireless associate incentives. Partnered with Walmart, Target and Samsung to drive this program and single-handedly created the training to ensure its success. Traveled nationally to train from the top down and provided back-end support from the bottom up. Developed and planned marketing and consumer offers with senior management of each company to drive success. Achieved in excess of 125% year over year growth.
Build high end partnerships with C-level executives that allowed for revenue generation through paid advertising, content creation, event coordination, and products and services. Build customer brand through creation of engaging social media post, client referral, and word of mouth. Create and deliver content to grow online gaming stream on Twitch. This included copy-right, create contests, giveaways, and bits. Provided ongoing management of streamers and accountable for continued growth by views, donations, and subscriptions.
Cold call and cold visit local business to discuss marketing needs. I would have multiple commercial concepts ready along with a sales plan before visiting any business. Work with businesses to find their needs to grow and then reflect with on air copy. Manage accounts month to month to determine best desired need. Maintain happy clientele while growing monthly billing.
Ensure programming was precise. Everything from music and commercial logs to checking all current running copy to ensure it was not dated. Training and hiring for board operations and production. I also ran the production studio. Creating new client commercial copies daily as well as executing all syndicated spots were current and running. Scheduling employees and creating easy guidelines to follow for most efficient execution of day to day operations. I also hosted the morning show which ran from 6am-9am Monday through Friday. I would find and write content for fresh and entertaining shows. Additionally I would cut multiple weather and news spots that would run throughout the day.
