• Unload Equipment Trucks • Install Sound Systems • Prepare, position, and test microphones for performers • Prepare IFBs for producers and talent • Run cables and recoil them after each concert • Operate sound check before final band rehearsal • Remain on standby for any audio troubleshooting
• Install PA Systems for the ‘Today Show’ concerts • Apply lavaliere and handheld microphones on the host and guest • Communicate with A1 Audio mixers to make sure the levels are good • Remain on standby for any audio troubleshooting
• Working directly with the Associate Producers on prep days • Organize hair, make-up, wardrobe and refreshments for the guest • Filtering through potential guest stories and submitting them to the Executive Producer; managing calls from show guests • Assisting the Legal Department with show folders and closing documents • Shadow editors in post-production
• Assisting with the first season launch of a new talk show • Managing the shows hotline and submitting potential guest stories to the Executive Producer • Making runs for show guests (food, clothes, props) • Booking travel arrangements for guests who appear on the show each week • Involvement in all show day procedures, assisting production team in all stages of production
• Assist ‘Head Engineer’ with organizing sessions prior to the clients arrival • Deliver sessions from the ‘Tracking Engineer’ to the ‘Head Engineer’ • Offer ideas during the session with clients for creativity • Maintain the studio for clients
