I oversaw JSX’s social media and content development for the purpose of increased brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through the main social platforms including JSX’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linked In pages. My daily activities included: Answering customer's inquiries regarding all aspects of their travel on JSX including booking and changing or canceling reservations. As property manager, I serve as the liaison between the property owners and tenants. My daily activities include: Meet and establish rapport with new clients. Complete background check on potential client. Fill out lease paperwork with client. Review property information with client regarding: brokerage services, flood information, bed bug addendum, and general rules regarding the community. Establish payment method with client. Upon client’s move out, check the property out for needed repairs, potential exterminations, plumbing and electricity. Purchase any parts needed for repairs and call contractor to make appointment for repairs. Do random inspections of units and common areas as needed/requested by owner.
As a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Delta Flex Travelers, I recruited for physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists. My daily activities included the following: Actively recruited a network of qualified healthcare providers to work temporary contracts nationwide. Evaluated, screened and interviewed providers to place them according to their qualifications while taking into account their location, facility setting and compensation requirements. While at Delta, I won the following awards and recognitions: Recruiter of the Quarter for Q1, Q2, Q3 of 2012. Awarded Game Ball Trophy by management and coworkers for providing excellent customer experience on two separate occasions. Increased Delta’s number of promoters by 15% in less than a year while ranking 76% in Inavero’s Customer Experience Survey thereby qualifying as “world class service.” Won Gold Record for maintaining the highest average gross margin per deal of all recruiters in the company. Won Gold Record for being the only recruiter in the history of Delta Flex Travelers to retain 26 traveling therapists.
