Since 2016, Schroders has been offering its sector expertise to some of our partners to help them build direct Infra equity investment portfolios. The Schroders Infra Equity Team is now advising or managing a portfolio of direct investments of nearly €1,2 Bn in infrastructure equity. Our team combines the skills, resources and experience necessary to build a competitive advantage in infra PE industry and successfully implement its investment strategy: - A solid origination engine: Schroders has unique origination capabilities, a vast network built over more than 20 years around industrial and financial players. - A proven method: the Fund's strategy is to proactively create and realise financial and social value throughout its portfolio. - Experience: an experienced and multidisciplinary team, that combines all the skills necessary to buy well, manage well, and sell well a participation.
In charge of Infrastructure and renewable energy investments at Credit Agricole Assurances : # Sourcing, execution and management of direct private equity infrastructure investments (ptf size> 3 Bn€) with knowledge and experience in the main infrastructure asset classes: utilities, renewables, transport, airport, telecom, car parks,... # Long term strategy (i) with a low/mid risk target profile (ii) primary focused on Europe and (iii) typically in consortium setting with strategics or financial investors. Non-executive appointments: # Director of Indigo (ex-Vinci Park) since June 2014: A leading global car park operator. # Director of TIGF since April 2015: A French natural gas transport and storage operator. # Director of TDF since June 2015 : The leading French media and telecom infrastructure asset operator. # Director of CLH since Jan 2016: The leading company in Spain for oil product transportation and storage. # Director of Aéroports de Lyon (#2 French regional airport) since Nov 2016. # Director of Atlandes since Nov 2016: the concession-holder of the A63 motorway in southwest France. # Chairman of the Board of Macqpisto since Feb 2018: The leading independent French group providing oil storage and supply services.
Project manager in : - Corporate finance at the holding level. - Direct long-term equity investments (infrastructure, listed RE, elderly care, heathcare, retail,..)
- Evaluation and analysis of proposals for acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. # Main Geographical areas: France, Benelux, South America and Middle East. # Main Lines of business: Insurance, Asset management, Banking, Wine, Healthcare, Assistance; - Driving forward corporate acquisitions and disposals from start to completion, including the due diligence phase and the negotiation of legal documentation; - Preparation / Presentation of approval requests, reports and other deliverables for Allianz France Executive Committee and Allianz Financial Committee; - Financial modelling and valuation; - Managing multiple internal restructuring operations: Internal transfers and mergers; - Internal Financing of Allianz France companies.
