Eight years in, 100+ people across Ghent and London, $50M+ raised, customers from HSBC to Workday. Most of my week alternates between shipping AI inside Fortune 500 workforces and figuring out what an AI-first company actually feels like from the inside. Agents, Claude Code, tokenmaxxing, single-use software, and the parts of the workforce shift that don't fit on a slide. The other half of my time goes into smaller builds. A marathon pacing agent trained on 10 years of Strava data. An app to help my parents catch me five times along the course. A skill that turns my Claude Code history into an "AI adoption persona" (apparently I'm a Bench-Builder). Most of it ships in a Saturday afternoon. None of it would have existed two years ago.
