Hi, I'm Jeroen I love building products and organisations that empower people and enhance their lives through technology, especially AI. Currently, I'm CEO at Integral, one of Australia's top boutique leadership development firms, and Founder & Director of AITAI (Australian Institute of Transformation and AI), an institute housed at St Catherine's College focused on closing the gap between AI capability and real-world adoption across Australian industry. I also hold an Adjunct Lecturer appointment at the University of Western Australia. Previously, I co-founded and served as CPO at Boundlss, an award-winning AI-driven health-tech startup. We raised over $2M in seed funding and provided blended human-AI coaching to over 30,000 people across Australia and Asia, improving their health and wellbeing. Before moving to Australia, I co-founded and later successfully exited Soulve Innovations, a health-tech and consulting startup in the Netherlands. We built a user-friendly patient portal that automated administrative tasks, freeing up doctors to spend more quality time with their patients. The company grew to 25 employees and supported over 200,000 users.
