Supervision, management and coaching to clinical team that deliver telephonic counselling and LifeManagement services: - Clinical supervision on a case to case basis - Supervision and ongoing coaching on a regular basis - Support through high risk situations - On call as required - Oversee and complete customer recovery as required - Training and education as well as clinical training for new employees - Performance Management of all employees involved in direct clinical work - Audit cases and audit telephonically to ensure quality - Random review of case notes to ensure quality as per ICAS Group standards Additional responsibilities: - Workplace mental health consultancy - Account management - Affiliate network management - On-site EAP promotion at major corporations - On-site critical incident support
