Data-driven CMO and GTM strategist by heart currently operating as CRO at Rentman, B2B SaaS, PLG, €15M ARR, Series A. At Sana Commerce I was the first full-time marketer. Over nine years, eight of which as CMO, I built the marketing org from scratch to 40+ FTE and was part of the MT through every growth phase from €0 to €28M ARR. Bootstrapped, sales-led, 30–50% YoY. In that period we shifted the go-to-market from fully partner-led to a 50/50 direct/partner model, expanding across the USA, EMEA and AUS/NZ. At Rentman I joined as CMO and moved into the CRO role within six months, leading Marketing, Sales and RevOps. After doubling from €8M to €15M ARR, we’re now scaling toward €30M through a multi-product portfolio, with North America and Europe in parallel.
