Architected and led the transformation of TMF Groups Capital Markets proposition. Directed a team of business leaders to spearhead the evolution of the business model through the implementation and execution of strategic roadmaps prior to the corporate sale; actively contributing to the due diligence process with Goldman Sachs. Re-branded governance services in response to new regulatory systems and initiatives such as AEOI and BEPS. Led transformation programs which optimised alternative investment and corporate business units, implementing robust structures, compliance/regulatory agendas and new products/client services to the existing portfolio and achieve EBIT uplift.
Member of the Citco global leadership team appointed to lead the strategic planning through the development of the Corporate & Trust global product suite and brand repositioning; achieving a balance sheet turnover increase of 100%. Created a catalyst for exports/investment book growth enabling the wider Citco business to secure US$ multi-million incremental revenues across US, Europe & Asia.
Led the international expansion of the LATAM business, with approximately 400 employees and a three-figure $multi-million global P&L. Defined the future strategy to replicate LATAM success across Europe, APAC and the UAE; propelling the global footprint expansion for both HNW Private and Corporate clients.
