Operational management of 70 engineering on offshore / onshore & subsea projects. Mission: Forecast quantities, resources and cost required to complete ongoing projects, whilst addressing risks and uncertainties. Initiate change management process to improve reliability of engineering and construction productivity via consistent quantity evolution tracking and new (visual) trends analysis. Drive the development of an electronic database to store this new data and change from project to segment-wide reporting templates. Turn-around of feedback management system to improve future cost estimates. Prepare life-of-project cost, margin & cash-flow forecast. Ensure reconciliation between cost engineering and financial control forecasts. Liaise with risk management and planning and scheduling to assess project contingency.
