Lead for developing and implementing due diligence system to implenent the OECD Due Diligence guidelines in Procurement Organization of Tata Steel Netherlands, as part of Tata Steel Netherlands' membership of Dutch IRBC Metaalconvenant.
In my current function as Customer Engagement Manager in the Automotive Marketing team, I work with customer to find value in Tata Steel’s products&services offering, strongly focusing on-but not limited to- New Product Development. My customer portfolio is composed of French, German and Japanese mass-manufacturing brands.In addition, I am owner of a number of new product developments for automotive applications.
First point of contact for all technical issues with large french carmaker, notably quality management and product approvals. Responsible for quality performance at 7 customer automotive plants, 5 in France, 2 in Spain. Responsible for integrating customer specific requirements as outlined in ISO-TS 16949. Representing manufacturing in Netherlands, Belgium and UK, as well as service centres in Netherlands, France and Spain.
Responsible for process development and quality management for Temper Mill 21 and Inspection lines CM2. Have worked extensively on optimisation of mill control loops as well as preparing proposals for a number of important quality improvements.

A side project to research - internet search and other - move towards developingan industrial liquid crystal display (LCD) process for making switchable smart glass window panes. This work has been applied succesfully.
As software programmer, I've worked to develop small software extension by integrating linear mathematics in geometric map tool.
