Current occupation: Working for Allseas Marine Services N.V. as Crew Coördinator since 1st of October 1997. Job description, currenty taking care of Solitaire & Highland Rover: Pipelay vessel Lorelay (300 persons in total rotation). Pipelay vessel Solitaire (500 persons in total rotation) Pipelay barge Tog Mor (150 persons in total rotation). Pipelay vessel Audacia (350 persons in total rotation) Support vessel Calamity Jane (100 persons in total rotation) Take care of the 24-hours emergencynumber of Crew Department once a month. Check, allocate and approve vessel company related invoices. Check, allocate and approve vessel company related expense-forms. Make sure salary deductions - crew-related, can be deducted by the payroll department. Keeping Adonis Personnel Manager program in the loop, building reports – new releases. In the years 2003/2004 internally worked out a new personnel information system called Adonis. Package is handling all crew related information including the payroll and onboard modules – all replicated from site to site. Currently also working and responsible for preparing a planning module within the same system and cleaning up al data in the system. On location worldwide whenever required for co-ordinating the mob- and demobilisations.
