I'm Jermaine L. Murray, also known as The Jobfather. I’m on a mission to help 500 Black people get jobs in tech. Right now, I'm proud to say I'm over 400 and counting. This isn't just work for me—it's purpose. I help people land roles that change their lives. I teach them how to navigate systems that weren’t built for us and win in spaces that never expected us. Every resume I rewrite, every interview I prep, every offer I help negotiate—it's all about creating freedom, stability, and pride through career growth.     I started JupiterHR because I was tired of seeing talented people get overlooked. I wanted to create a space where Black professionals didn’t just get a shot—they got the strategy, the coaching, and the support to win. JupiterHR exists to close the gap between potential and opportunity. In 2021 I became The Jobfather after successfully helping 126 Black people get new jobs in Tech. Through coaching, resume makeovers, interview prep, and real talk about the hiring process, I’ve helped over 400 Black professionals break into tech. Some were landing their very first role. Others were levelling up into leadership. Every single one had something powerful to offer—and I made sure they had the tools to show it. I've built a community of over 10,000 Black professionals, launched workshops with some of the biggest names in tech, and run campaigns that reached millions. But at the core, it’s still about one person at a time. One life changed. One win that makes the next one possible.
