At Vodafone i contribute to the store’s success by bringing to life our ethos of sales and customer advice through sensational service. Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs, help them choose the right products and show them how those products can make their mobile life better. As a senior sales advisor in the Vodafone flagship store i support the Manager in the day- to-day running of the store and step up when they’re not around. Coach, support and inspire the team to achieve their monthly sales targets as well as my own. Being a senior member of staff i also have to take on the responsibilities of dealing with customers complaints and following up issues. Currently in training for managerial position and is a trusted key holder for the store
This job required excellent and confident customer service and communication skills. The job role requires a lot of product knowledge and constant learning of new products and technology coming to the market. The job title has personal targets and store targets that has to be met at the end of every month. I also had responsibilities of holding store keys, opening up the store also booking in stock for the store and cashing up. I also had to deal tactfully with customer complaints and resolving them. At my time here i worked in the flagship store in Oxford street where the very best consultants for Phones4u in the region work. Here i had to maximise sales opportunities by providing in-depth information to clients; assisting them find the right product and services that meet their needs.
