I build companies. Sometimes that starts with nothing more than an idea. Sometimes it’s helping an existing company find product-market fit. Sometimes it’s rebuilding execution after growth outpaces the operating model. And sometimes it’s navigating a company through uncertainty into its next chapter. Over the last two decades I’ve had the opportunity to build products, lead go-to-market, work alongside engineering, navigate board dynamics, operate through M&A, and design the systems that make companies scalable—not just software. These experiences fundamentally changed how I think about leadership. I no longer see businesses as isolated companies. I see them as ecosystems. My focus today is building companies that share infrastructure, AI, operating systems, distribution and talent so each business becomes stronger because the others exist. That’s the future I am building. If you're an early-stage software founder who's tired of building in isolation and figuring out how to get to market — let's talk.
Anyone can build software now. Lovable, Claude, Cursor — cool. You've got an app. Now what? That's the question GroundedPath AI was built to answer. I'm a founder and operator who has built, scaled, and exited companies. I've been on the wrong side of "we'll figure out revenue later" ...and I've learned that the product is never the hard part. Building the company is. At GroundedPath AI, we run a venture studio that builds the product and wires up our revenue engine simultaneously. We don't hand founders a roadmap and wish them luck. We build alongside them until the revenue is real. At the center of every engagement is Groundwork: our autonomous revenue engine that monitors market signals, scores accounts, and routes execution across outbound, nurture, onboarding, customer success, expansion, and partner channels ...without a bloated team or a cobbled-together stack. If you're a software founder who's ready to build the company — not just the product — let's talk.

Built Start Left from concept to strategic acquisition, leading product, go-to-market, operations, customer growth, and ultimately the M&A process through one of the most complex periods in the company’s history. Over the journey I learned that building software is only one part of building a company. Designing the operating system behind the business—its strategy, product, execution, leadership, capital, partnerships, governance, and ability to adapt—is what determines whether great technology is commercialized and endures. Highlights include: • Invented and patented foundational technologies for the Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) category, behavioral analytics, and developer risk management. • Built and scaled a platform-enabled security business serving enterprise and SaaS organizations. • Led product strategy, commercialization, customer success, partnerships, and organizational growth through multiple stages of the company. • Navigated board governance, investor alignment, executive transitions, strategic negotiations, and the full acquisition process. • Worked alongside engineering leadership to evolve both the technology platform and the business operating model while simultaneously launching new ventures that would become the foundation for my next chapter. The experience fundamentally reshaped how I think about company building. Today I focus less on individual products and more on designing businesses that can repeatedly create value through shared infrastructure, AI, execution systems, and disciplined leadership.
