Led global marketing, inside sales, and revenue operations for Aitech, a rugged embedded computing company in aerospace, defense, and space, partnering directly with the CEO to reposition the business around AI-enabled edge computing and rebuild the commercial engine. Built more than $35M in qualified pipeline in six months, rebuilt the Salesforce to align GTM functions.
Owned global marketing for a $1.3B business unit, a bigger scope than the title suggested, leading product and integrated marketing across channel, communications, operations, and demand generation with nine direct reports. Grew marketing-sourced revenue 200% and opportunities 114% on a flat budget, helped drive $557M in incremental revenue and $533M in pipeline, and cut event spend 40% while lifting lead-to-opportunity conversion to 25%
Built a new six-person demand generation team to expand revenue across 20 of the world's largest enterprises, including Amazon, Lowe's, UPS, Boeing, and The Home Depot, through account-based marketing for a $36B company. Drove $25M in pipeline with persona-driven ABM, defined an AI-informed upsell and cross-sell strategy to reach C-suite buyers, and built the KPIs and dashboards that measured campaign ROI.
Led go-to-market for avionics and mechanical product lines across two portfolios worth $17B. Built the value propositions, positioning, and messaging frameworks with product, sales, and insights, drove global product launches, and ran the customer and competitive research that shaped new products.
Built the brand and first marketing plan for GoDirect Trade, a blockchain-enabled marketplace for new and used aircraft parts serving the world's largest airlines and lessors. Drove $5M in revenue on a $100K budget, secured the first 1,000 members through content and demand generation, and earned two patents and more than 100K organic video views.
Built the Aerospace channel marketing team and the co-marketing programs that drove leads and revenue with global distribution partners. Generated $40M in annual revenue through partner programs and $72M through co-marketing campaigns while directing MDF and co-op budgets across 1,500 partners.
