• Proven leader in the Austin Supply Chain and team lead with internal groups such as quality, receiving/shipping, production, manufacturing engineering and finance. • Spearheaded the initial MRP set up with within HID, while leveraging S&OP planning forecasts and planning safety stock levels. • Identifies and resolves material issues, facilitating or ordering necessary raw materials, components, and parts in support of onsite production. • Fluent in Oracle R12 and assuring accuracy of ERP system data such as supplier set up, part number set up, costs, and replenishment triggers. • Develop and managed Austin site forecasts for Global Supply Chain to provide to contract manufactures. • Participated in SKU reduction program as well as provided recommendation for EOL part for Product Marketing and the PACS Head of Business Operations. • Main contact for North and Latin American sales for special project quotes for Omnikey readers and as expediting important projects. • Lead and maintained the consignment program as well as closing the consignment program with contract manufactures. • Troubleshoot and resolve supply challenges with manufacturing engineering and production on BOM corrections and part set up for production to produce sales orders. • Directly involved with the Secure Issuance and PACS relocation from Eden Prairie & Irvine sites to HID Austin as well as set up of replenishment triggers and part set ups. • Partner closely with finance to solve invoice and billing discrepancies on invoices and purchase orders.
-President of scholarship committee that selects the recipient of the Kurt Sundermeyer Memorial scholarship each year -Tournament director of the Kurt Sundermeyer Memorial softball tournament that was previously held 2000-2014 that directly funds the scholarship -Scholarship is offered to graduating seniors at the Abbotsford High School, Abbotsford, WI -The tournament and scholarship are named after a Kurt Sundermeyer who passed away in May 2000.
