In my journey at Entelect as a Software Development Manager, I have had the honour to work with some of the most recognised companies in South Africa and internationally. Silica, Investec, NinetyOne, Anglo America, and Deloitte. From helping deliver FinTech products, guiding the digital migration of platforms from prem to cloud, being on the cutting edge of MinTek and guiding our teams on the delivery of large audit products. What I've learned in this time is that delivery is about Vision, Clarity and most importantly, People. Invest time in your teams, listen to their challenges, and help them improve things around them.
