I have had many great jobs in the last 10 years from Fire Fighting to the US Marines then into Computer Engineering. I have been in the IT field now for about 4+ years and it has been a great experience so far. Although my last few jobs were very physically demanding, I find the computer engineering field produces a lot of mental challenges that always push you to dig deeper and learn more. I enjoy working environments where I am constantly learning and being challenged, especially if it’s with a great team. I also try to give myself physical challenges since this will always be a part of my life, whether through sports or outdoor activities. I am someone who wants to know how something works; this can be at many different levels, mechanics, the mind, the body etc… I enjoy submersing myself in areas where I lack the knowledge or the experience and where I am not comfortable, since I find these are the area’s where we tend to learn a lot about ourselves.
