I'm a pastor, ministry leader, and organizational consultant with more than 25 years of experience serving churches through leadership development, teaching, discipleship, and team building. I currently serve as the Senior Pastor of Quest Vineyard Church in Westerville, Ohio, where I provide vision, preach and teach, develop leaders, and help cultivate a church culture centered on following Jesus, loving one another, and engaging our community. Since 2022, I've also served as a Search Consultant with Ministry Architects, partnering with churches across the country to identify, recruit, and hire exceptional ministry leaders. I guide churches through a relational, strategic, and prayerful search process—helping them clarify organizational needs, define key leadership roles, evaluate candidates, and discern the best fit for long-term ministry effectiveness. Throughout my ministry, I've served in youth, family, and pastoral leadership roles, mentored emerging pastors, and spoken at churches, camps, conferences, and leadership events. My passion is equipping leaders, strengthening healthy churches, and helping people become lifelong apprentices of Jesus. I hold a Master of Arts in Youth Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Baylor University. I am an ordained Vineyard pastor who believes the local church is at its best when it forms disciples, develops leaders, and creates space for everyone to encounter the transforming love and power of God.
