About

Jeremy has more than 25 years in management consulting focused on growth strategy, technology transformation and value creation. He has taken his consulting experience and interest in sustainable finance to co-found Outrigger Impact: an Impact fund focused on the Blue Economy. Prior to Outrigger Jeremy founded, grew and sold his own management consulting firm that majored on purpose led growth leveraging digital technology. He has extensive experience working across a variety of real economy business sectors, as well as supporting capital solution providers in due diligence and in creating digitally enabled growth strategies. Prior to founding Anagram Jeremy led Infosys Consulting UK&I, and worked for the World Bank , and Accenture. He is an alumnus of Oxford University (BA / MA) and Cambridge University – Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL).

Key highlights include: • Led the definition of a CPG client’s Customer Service Operations Strategy and associated value proposition which included the redefinition of it's core business processes and organisation set up. • Translated a Corporate Strategy into a targeted and embedded $250 million value case and transformation within a global agribusiness.. • Defined an Operational and IT strategy for a major CPG company; the focus was on understanding and translating the Asia Pac & Middle East Corporate Strategy into a discernible Operating Strategy for IT. • Led the development of a full IT Strategy for a high tech security inks company.

    Seconded to the World Bank South East Asian Development Facility based in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2004 where I was responsible for translating the World Bank’s Linkage concept into a series of sustainable projects. The ultimate aim of the project was to increase the interaction between small, medium size enterprises and the large local and multinational players. The programme was written up as a notable success leading to my World Bank counterpart being recognised for delivering the most impactful programme of the year.
