I am a real estate and finance student at the University of Denver with a strong interest in how market analysis and data-driven insights shape decision-making in commercial real estate. During my internship with Foundry Commercial in Dallas, I worked on market research, tenant prospecting, and building property datasets. That experience gave me a clearer understanding of how real estate teams identify opportunities and support leasing and business development efforts. In addition, I have been involved in managing a short-term rental property in Breckenridge, where I focus on pricing strategy, performance tracking, and improving the overall guest experience. This has allowed me to apply analytical and operational skills in a real-world setting. I am particularly interested in the investment and development side of commercial real estate and am looking to continue building my skills in financial analysis, market research, and deal evaluation.
