I lead customer management across our Amazon businesses, supporting our broader “Brick & Click” omni-channel partners, and owning the end-to-end digital shelf strategy across our full portfolio (including BODYARMOR, Powerade, vitaminwater, and smartwater).
Directed end-to-end workstreams for commercial programming, including the development of operational decks, shopper toolkits and retail signage across grocery, c-store, FSOP, and club channels. Streamlined internal communications for commercial teams and Coca-Cola bottlers, ensuring alignment on retail display and signage execution for seasonal and sustaining programs.
Liaison between the creative team and other team members including the Field Team, Corporate Marketing Team, and Senior Leadership. Responsible for initiating and on-boarding systemic changes related to creative production including optimizing the creative brief and approval system through Happy Fox (ticketing software) as well as internal creative workflow through Trello. Worked on a wide variety of both digital and print creative assets including but not limited to point-of-sale, digital ads, sell sheets, social ads, OOH, truck wraps, field marketing materials, video adaptations, and inserts.
Started as the Digital Creative Associate, trafficking and optimizing our digital ads, building our Wordpress blog, creating landing pages, and working on various creative projects. Moved on to a role as Graphic Designer, in which I designed hundreds of assets including social posts, IG stories, blog cover images, digital ads, sell sheets, merch, coupons, and more. Worked as the Creative and Marketing Project Manager for the past two years, managing all of the Creative Team’s projects and timelines. Delegated projects, sourced materials, and managed our team’s relationship with internal and external partners, including packaging printers, retail marketing partners, marketing and sales team members, freelance artists, and more.

Helped brainstorm and design posts and ads for social media using Adobe Photoshop. Wrote copy for 45 posts/ads on Facebook and Twitter pages during the months of June, July, and August 2016. Managed social media calendar for this time (Posted 3 times/week on FB, 1 time/week on Twitter). Organized image database using Basecamp.com. Wrote social media manual for Element Snacks’ Facebook and Twitter accounts.
