In the frame of design to cost on pylon of A320neo program, projects are funded by DRIVE plateau. The aim of these projects is to decrease the recurring cost of pylon by design modifications (modification/removal of parts, techno process change, material optimization, etc.). Tasks: - plan master schedule - perform risk/mitigation analysis - build business case - coordinate and involve the different stakeholder impact by the project - follow project progress - presentation of milestone to DRIVE panel - Meeting animation - Drumbeat - Project crisis management
During the flight test campaign for certification of A350-900 and A350-1000, the MAP (“mise au point”) is the development team in charge of: -define and design new installation requested on flight test aircraft in order to prepare aircraft for specified tests or to test new serial solution. -perform repair on issues which could appear during flight or maintenance activities. This activity covers all the aircraft (fuselage and wing) for structure and electrical/mechanical system installation. Tasks: -perform design instructions -analyses on aircraft of design solution feasibility -support for inspection and issue reporting on aircraft -support to MAP Manager -coordination between flight test production, manufacturing engineering and design office -activity reporting as team focal point
