This position is responsible for overall general management responsibilities for Strategic’s call center sites while partnering with specific business units to positively impact the execution of key business objectives, in line with Strategic’s vision and long-term planning. This position has overall accountability for the performance of our service delivery. This includes: quality assurance, training, human resources, hiring, recruiting, general operations, policy and procedures, employee motivation and retention, performance management, coaching and direction to members of management, execution of daily plans, projects as assigned, consistency in work performance and communication between the Corporate Office and their respective site.
This position has overall responsibility for operational management of Strategic’s call center sites while partnering with specific business units to positively impact the execution of key business objectives, in line with Strategic’s vision and long-term planning. This position is accountable for the effective performance of our calling efforts. This includes: quality assurance standards on our calls, ensuring proper training of specific campaigns, reinforcement of policy and procedures, employee motivation and retention, performance management, coaching and direction to team leaders and Fundraisers, execution of daily plans, projects as assigned, consistency in work performance and communication between the Corporate Office and their respective site.
