Implemented the controls & systems framework, established the right metrics and reporting, implemented new strategy and infused local talent pipeline by building out of the China finance team.

Mainly support the reporting, design and implementation of various global tax structures coming together in this unit and thus ensuring Tax, US GAAP and local GAAP compliance was met at all times.
