I am excited to be joining Red Hat in October! As a long-time Linux enthusiast who enjoys developing new tech skills, Red Hat already feels like coming home. I'll be continuing to develop burgeoning skills in identity management, security and automation as I delve more fully into a new role in Red Hat's support team. I am continuing my own professional development through ISSA (Raleigh Chapter) and various professional Red Hat certifications. I can't wait to rock my red fedora!

Provide technical support for customers using Red Hat Identity Management. - Assisting with FreeIPA trust configuration to Active Directory environments. - Supporting deployment of masters and replicas of RH Identity Management Servers. - Help with PKI infrastructure around PKI tomcat/Dogtag. - Configuration of authentication in RHEL environments dealing with PAM, SSSD and Winbind. - Interest in intersections with Kerberos, IPA, and Keycloak and futuring Zero Trust RHEL environments.
Working with a variety of clients (small businesses, home offices, and home users). General computer repair, troubleshooting and maintenance, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems, antivirus endpoint protection, backup solutions, password management, multifactor authentication, architecting and configuring LAN networks and implementing Wifi solutions.

Experience configuring and managing Firewalls, IDS/IPS, wireless controllers, switches, Windows domain controller, Linux servers, VPN configuration, Virtualization, and NAS technologies. Gave oversight to the Computer Systems Budget. Led Centering Prayer and Stephen Ministry. Helped to facilitate and organize Adult Sunday School Program.
