• Conducted day-to-day training for 120 recruits including, but not limited to, field camp, hand-grenade throw and physical training. • Monitored training results and contributed to the enforcement of improvement strategies • Coached a platoon of 45 recruits in their transition from civilians to recruits by providing emotional and psychological support
• Co-ordinated the Human Resource needs of Basic Military Training School (BMTC) 3 with HQ BMTC and was responsible for expediting welfare requests from commanders and recruits for 7 companies. • Achieved the BMTC Commander Coin for excellent contribution in the Infantry Regiment March of 2016
