Charged with directing the global technical department including sub-departments such Front-end, Back-end, IT Security, IT Support & Infrastructure. Main contact for all tech related projects that span cross departments such as Finance, Operations & Logistics, Marketing & Sales
• Responsible for managing end to end anchor projects in the APAC region with brands including PUMA, Uniqlo, Timberland and Holland & Barrett. • Leading cross-functional teams from software developers to warehouse & logistics departments. • E-commerce projects implementation includes payment gateways, logistics & warehousing integration with content, order & warehouse management systems.
Overseeing company's core warehouse management systems and their integration platforms in addition to special projects. • Worked directly with Co-founder and Directors on habitat by honestbee, Singapore's first high tech retail & dining experience cum order fulfillment center. • Co-owned automation projects which powers the habitat space. • Speared launch of online, warehouse and retail operations by implementing warehouse management system and it's integrations at habitat.
Pre-Series A Startup providing end-to-end medical record solutions for doctors • Technical adviser for all local and overseas enterprise dealings for the company. • Spearheaded transformation of clinical software from a single offering to a full product suite
Co-founded MoodMesh.co, a one-stop platform for homeowners to browse, collaborate and buy home decor and get inputs from interior designers • Successfully secured angel investment together with co-founders. • Performed on site visit with Vietnam manufacturers for market research on possible collaboration • Managed and co-developed projects with offshore teams from San Francisco, Vietnam & Philippines.
