New Business developments in Management Consultancy Division, Talent acquisition and development of Customer retention policies. Employee and Team development within organization for ensuring productive and sustainable growth as per the Strategic Development Plan.
Manage the Management Consultancy Division in terms of Business Development and Client Management. Over look the IMS of Qatar Design Consortium in the development and improvement of its Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety.
Roles and Responsibilities included Project Management, Project Planning, Training clients based on the requirements of the ISO standards. Conducting audit ( Internal and external audits). Maintaining Client relationships and new business developments. Updating the Division Manager of the progress of the projects and critical areas.
