- Building the voluntary carbon trading desk as a service for tk and external customers; - Including contractual framework, onboarding of suppliers and registries, marketing & sales, procurement of carbon credits, development of processes - Networking and representation of tk within the carbon trading ecosystem
- Creating intelligence for natgas sales by analysis of sales data; - Supporting strategic decision taking of management on several fields of interest - contributing on success of Long Term Gas Supply Contracts, f.e. coordinating internal efforts and external legal advisors; - Mining and structuring of data from external, unstructured sources with python; visual analysis with tableau and MS Power BI, deriving and developing steering impulses and use-cases from data;
- Power trading in German Intraday and Day-Ahead market on PnL basis; - Optimizing the Power Portfolio´s cost of balancing power - Algotrading; Development and implementation of strategies; monitoring and evaluation of results - dispatching; operational responsibility for daily power and gas processes - flexibility marketing; Evaluation and conceptualization of potential projects - Natgas trading on German EEX Day-Ahead and Within-Day markets - Monitoring and evaluation of energy markets
- Project evaluation, analysis and cash-flow modeling in the areas of hydrogen, battery storage, solar thermal energy; - Longterm powerplant optimization, power marketing, hedging, reporting; Especially of large CHP Plant - Data processing, data validation, data management, programming of small applications
