I deliver innovation and improvements for the organization I work in and its stakeholders. I was a key person in the complete digital transformation of Nationalencyklopedin. When I started NE was a publisher that sold books in leather bindings to consumers. When I left the whole turnover came from teaching aids distributed through a paid internet service sold to schools and municipalities. At E.ON I learned to lead distributed and international teams in software development and mastered the skill of navigating complex decision processes. My standing ambition is to maximize the value of the IT-systems, enhance the business processes and to grow as a person when helping others progress. To do so I use my strategic, commercial mindset and my ability to see things from several perspectives. I am both visionary and analytical, a people’s person and very well structured. These competences together with my strong commitment to the assignment help me “move mountains” when necessary. Work for me is most joyful when I act as a keystone to a team of highly qualified individuals, the more diverse the better. I particularly enjoy learning from people who have a different expertise than myself. It doesn’t matter if it is leaders of other departments, legal advisors, an advertising agency, business analysts or back-end software developers. I will quickly learn new facts, find common ground, and enable an efficient way to cooperate. As a child I lived in the dynamic city of Malmo but was later raised on a farm outside Hassleholm, seeing the virtues of sustainability and the green industry close. In high school I was an entrepreneur, financing my interest in photography by documenting all events at school and selling the pictures to fellow students. I am a graduate from Lund University living in the south of Sweden. In my spare time I enjoy marathon running. Having grit, one of my main characteristics according to my colleagues, is very beneficial in this.
