I joined SpenglerFox in 2010 as the Regional Director for DACH and CEE, and since then, I have taken on increasing responsibilities and challenges, overseeing Global Operations, leading the firm's Management Buyout, and setting its strategic direction. I have almost three decades of experience in Executive Search and have delivered assignments across all of SpenglerFox's practice groups, with a focus on Private Equity and Executive Interim Management. I am passionate about helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing them with agile and innovative solutions that match their needs and culture. I am also committed to developing and empowering our people, fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, and driving growth and excellence within our organization. I hold a degree in Banking and studied International Business and law at the Goethe University of Frankfurt and the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. I am bilingual in German and English and conversational in French and Arabic.
