I am managing our team of wireless experts within antenna design, RF design and simulation - Personnel manager of R&D engineers (Antenna designers, RF designers and 1 student assistant) - Hiring manager for a rapidly growing team - Resource planning for RF activities in Product Development - Responsible for architecture Hearing Aid (RF and interoperability) and Radio compliance - Cross functional collaboration with Electronics, Acoustics, Mechanics and Project management - Multi-site collaboration with teams in Singapore and Germany
