I work with digitalisation and automation of Arla Foods supply chain, answering questions such as: “How do we bring our supply chain into the digital era, with Internet of Things, Big Data and Industry 4.0?” We need to increase performance, empower the employees and automate, by using the right technologies.
With a team of specialists I was responsible for Project management, Production optimization, OEE, LEAN and implementation of new products at Brabrand Dairy. This included Business Case calculations, CAPEX applications, Life Cycle cost analysis, energy optimizations, energy mappings. and People management. January 2018 Arla decided to shut down production at Brabrand dairy. Management assignment: keep delivery accuracy on target and supreme quality products, retain staff well being, while gradually moving products to other production facilities over the next 1½year. Registration and selling of used production equipment to other Arla sites and second hand companies.
Driving Excellence in Arla Foods Supply Chain, with focus on maintenance and utilities optimization. Developing Arlas global maintenance strategy and implementing across our Sites in Denmark, UK and Sweden. Facilitating FMECA work shops, Audits as well as standardizing and implementing SAP PM (CMMS). Utility optimization, energy mappings, heat pumps and energy subsidies.
As a member of the management team, I am involved in strategic development of the equipment as well as the business unit. The business unit is a new and interesting field. VAROs process department invent and produce food processing plants, based on a unique product. This is a challenging department with international projects in both Europe and overseas. On a daily basis management also include project management, documentation, quotation and customer contact
VARO did a strategic takeover of Danfoss Heating solutions production support department in Aarhus. I was the daily manager for 7 blue color and 3 white color. Working with both employee development, shop floor planning, project management, employee management and contract negotiation with our customer. This job in combination with my financial studies, have given me in depth insight in the financial and organizational structures in a company.
Worked as project manager, where I was a part of the sales team and afterwards in charge of the project from order confirmation until the take over at the customer. Working with projects is based on team work, which I find very giving and I put an honor in creating the best possible conditions for the team, so that we in collaboration can exceed expectations, and deliver the project on time, within the scope and economical budget.
