As the Head of Supply Chain Management at Boehringer Ingelheim in Mexico City, I oversaw a comprehensive supply chain organization comprising 62 professionals, managing operations for a production site handling Human Pharma (PM, CHC, and ICB), Animal Health, and the inbound transfer of anti-diabetes production. The site featured 14 packaging lines and 2 main manufacturing trains. My responsibilities included managing warehousing, import/export activities, and local distribution, ensuring efficient and compliant supply chain performance across all sectors.

As the leader of the Supply Chain Department for the Russian market at Boehringer Ingelheim, I established a robust supply chain function and related processes, overseeing operations, capacity planning, process documentation, budgeting, and reporting. I provided in-sales support for PM, CHC, and Animal Health, serving key distribution channels such as retail and hospital. Additionally, I implemented S&OP processes and cost-saving initiatives, while leading critical projects like warehouse interface optimization, 3PL integration, and risk mitigation. My efforts also facilitated product localization, successful product launches, and anti-counterfeit measures.
As the "Direct & Indirect Manufacturing Supply Sourcing Group Manager" at GSK in Buenos Aires, I was responsible for GMS procurement across two manufacturing sites—Munro and San Fernando—including a Cephalosporin site in Munro. I led a team of six, overseeing sourcing strategies and procurement operations to ensure efficient supply chain management and cost-effectiveness across both sites.
