• Deliver E2E assortment planning. Obsess Account & Consumer insights and strategy by partnering with Merchandising and Partner Management teams • E2E squads: Play an active role within the squads by sharing seasonal and LT MPU (BU) strategies and collect relevant consumer and marketplace insights. • Support CSR plans: Translate consumer and marketplace insights as well as opportunities to help define the long-range PA Running & Training strategy. • Accurate assortment planning: Optimize full price realization by leveraging account and consumer insights, data & analytics, and closely collaboration with relevant stakeholders to produce accurate AP forecast. Grounded in lens of sport strategy and alignment with Consumer teams. Ensure alignment between AP and Merch Financial Planners plan. • Lead & manage allocations: As part of holistic assortment plans linked to Sports strategy, manage allocation distribution within those plans. Collaborate closely with merch, consumer team, and other x-functional stakeholders. Reconcile allocation bookings after Order Entry Deadline. • MPU (BU) seasonal support: Analyze seasonal retail performance and leverage marketplace insights to help shape future seasonal plans. Present findings and collaborate on plans with relevant stakeholders (internal & external) during pre-seasonal touchpoints, internal SKO and SPA. • Support, shape & drive account plans: Based on long-range Tier 1 accounts strategies and franchise insights. Shape and drive account franchise plans together with MFP, Partner Management and the account itself. • Manage franchises across FTW & APP to maintain healthy marketplace trends. • Excel in storytelling: Communicate in a proactive and structured manner with all relevant stakeholders. Use best in class visualization, focus on sharing qualitative insights. • Lead with performance: Be part of shaping and sizing Running & Training Authenticators marketplace and their contribution in the FY23/25 marketplace goals.
Standup comedian and Comedy Show Producer in Hilversum and Amsterdam since 2023. Honing my skills in Event Planning and Management, Talent Management and Scouting, Public Speaking and Social Media. Several years in the hospitality industry and corporate environment have given me the necessary skills to deliver best in class dinner and comedy experiences for my audiences.

Tasks: Perform fitness assessments including, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular functions. Input fitness assessment data into a computer and interpret results. Develop an exercise program for the participant based on fitness assessment results and the participant's personal goals. Instruct participants one-on-one using safe and proper techniques.
