Mission: Structuring public funding and state aid instruments to unlock real infrastructure investment, scale transport innovation and make sustainable mobility economically viable. I work at the intersection of infrastructure, rail freight and intermodal logistics, leveraging public funding as a strategic capital instrument to bring transport innovations from pilot stage to scalable market deployment. I leverage public funding and state aid as a strategic financial instrument for infrastructure, growth and scaling. As a senior expert with extensive experience in industrial and transport environments, I operate at the intersection of mobility, rail and intermodal logistics. My focus is on taking investment and infrastructure projects beyond the pilot stage and structuring them in a way that is compliant with state aid rules while remaining economically scalable. In recent years, I have secured funding in the double-digit million range and unlocked additional operational and R&D funding across several European programmes. At the same time, I have increased funding intensity and established new funding instruments, including infrastructure support schemes in multiple EU Member States. In parallel, I develop company-wide ESG governance structures, including EU Taxonomy alignment, structured sustainability reporting and the development of a company service footprint.
