Since 2016 been engaged in the Copenhagen Metro project execution (M3 and M4, as project director) and, since 2020, also in the Copenhagen Lightrail project execution (L3, as contract director) Initiated in 2013 a Management Advisory Firm, Caregore Consulting, www.Caregore.dk, offering International and Domestic services, based upon my experience and competences. Ceased (after 32 years) in 2013 as Vice President in Pihl & Son, an International (Danish) Contractor, being responsible for Overseas Business Development and Executive Management. Have a Master of Science (1981) and an MBA (2003). Have, in International environment, developed broad Executive and People Management Experience; achieved good results within Construction and Business Development. Developed very good Strategic, Tactical and Operational Skills, within Management of Relationship, Bid, Design - Build, Contract, Operation, QEHS, Dispute and Projects, managed under different Contract Conditions and Partnering Schemes. Throughout, I have been cooperating with internal as well as external Procurement, Financing, Commercial, Accounting and Legal functions and experts. With great Management Diversity, skills could be of value in Industries as Construction, Energy, Trade, Shipping, track records comprising: • Development & Management of Project Organisations in International and Inter-cultural context, under difficult constraints, at remote locations • Professional experience from Management and Business Development in Latin America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Sri Lanka, UK, Greenland, Norway, Belgium, Greece, US and Denmark • Management of International and Domestic Infrastructure Projects, contract values ranging 200 mio USD, control span up to 1.000 Staffs & Employees of various nationalities • Negotiating Commercial matters with International Partners, Subs, Designers, Clients. My Management style is by Motivation, Encouragement, Delegation, Involvement and Integration, being honest, trustworthy, always a good Ambassador of my Employer, an organisational fire fighter.
