With over 13 years of experience in subsea construction and inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR), I have a proven track record of leading multinational technical departments and overseeing complex offshore projects in various regions of the world. As a Shift Supervisor, I manage multiple departments during operations, supervise a multidisciplinary crew of up to 100 personnel, and ensure compliance with all HSE standards and procedures. Working with Ocean Installer for Equinor at the Skrugaard & Havis/Drivis Fields (Johan Castberg FPSO). Completed dewatering campaign for 8 risers, XT & Template Commissioning, As Built Riser surveys, installation and recovery of PLR and AKER Flushing Caps. Ceiba & Okume for Trident Energy. New XT tie in including Jumper installation, SDU, EHFL & Flowline and umbilical tie ins. Well Integrity testing and Well Startup bringing 2 new XT online. Working with Ocean Installer on the Johan Castberg Project, assisting Equinor with the pre-connection SOW before FPSO hookup. This included grouting of manifold suction cans and dewatering (pigging) of Flowlines. Working with Ocean Installer on the Greater Tortue project, assisting TechnipFMC & BP with the installation and tensioning of Mooring Chains, for the Greater Tortue FPSO in Senegal. Boulder removal and survey - Gullfaks w/ Reach Subsea and Equinor. Top Chain replacement - Alvheim FPSO w/ DOF for AkerBP
