About

For almost 18 years at evosoft GmbH, I am responsible as Portfolio Manager for a portfolio in Application Development & Operations with an annual volume of close to €20 million. Within my area of responsibility, around 170 employees work across locations in Germany, Hungary, Romania and India. I am the reliable anchor for clients, for management, and above all for my colleagues. What has always driven me is the human side of leadership: I genuinely care about the individuals on my team, their personalities, their individual strengths. I lead with empathy and emotional intelligence, and I believe that people do their best work when they feel supported and seen. Beyond people leadership, I serve as the contractual point of contact for my clients, the escalation authority for project and service managers, and the first sparring partner when new topics, critical situations, or strategic decisions need to be worked through. Productivity management has been a consistent thread throughout my work – driving efficiency through nearshoring, automation, and the use of AI tools to deliver more with existing teams while offsetting rising personnel costs. Rather than using AI tools myself, I have focused on enabling and motivating my team to engage with these tools, develop their own ideas, and bring them to life. What drives me: taking ownership, really moving things forward – and keeping my teams' backs free so they can do their best work. I was part of the team that built a site in Romania from scratch – hiring the first people, setting up structures and processes, and laying the groundwork for what is now a location with 200+ employees. I have also taken over projects, services, and an entire portfolio areaa that were off track and brought them back into clear, stable, and sustainable structures. I hold a degree in Business Administration (FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg) and certifications in project management, Scrum, and ITIL. My strengths lie in connecting analytical thinking with genuine people focus and leadership at real eye level. Open to new challenges – within and beyond IT.

My core responsibilities include commercial steering and calculation, developing new topics together with clients, and the strategic further development of the portfolio. In recent years, I have played a key role in shifting delivery shares from Germany to Hungary and Romania – including recruiting, process setup, and onboarding on site.
