HR Manager - 1 man in an HR Generalist role supporting 150+ employees in Logistics/Automotive/Sensors&Controls in a really international, very fast pacing environment in all HR matters.
Sole HR responsibility for employees in Germany and Scandinavia in all HR related matters, e.g. consulting the business, Employment law, Talent & Development, C&B, performance management.
• Responsible in an HR Generalist role for approx. 300 German and EMEA employees regarding all HR issues (coaching, employment law, payroll, compensation, staffing) • Talent and Performance Management • Recruiting of mainly sales staff • Managing 14 apprentices/responsible for general apprenticeship • Active role in M&A/integration of new employees/onbaording • Managing merit increase • Implementing new variable compensation model • Managing goal setting for variable compensation • Monthly calculation of variable compensation
Consulting and supporting international managers and German employees within an worldwide matrix organization regarding all HR issues, company specific policies and procedures as well individual and collective law · Realization of all employee related actions from hire to exit · Strong involvement in creating company agreements · Negotiation and realization of Balances of Interests regarding reorganizations · Collaboration with all workers council committees · Intensive liaison with HR Legal, C&B and external lawyers · Support and realization of central merit increase in Germany
