At Orkla, the focus of my leadership in the Digital Workplace space has been to enhance the employee experience for a diverse workforce spanning across multiple countries. My expertise in Microsoft 365, End User Computing, IT Process Management, and Identity & Access Management has been pivotal in managing the digital ecosystem for over 15,000 users within the Orkla Group. By acting as an IT Business Partner, I have successfully bridged business objectives with IT capabilities, ensuring alignment and driving efficiency. My role in leading integration projects, as well as RFI and RFP processes, reflects my commitment to fostering innovation and implementing robust IT strategies that support Orkla's expansive operations.
Responsible for Employee Experience including Microsoft 365, EUC (End User Computing), Identity & Access Management, IT Process Management, ServiceDesk and ServiceNow for about 15.000 users in more than 100 companies, across more than 20 countries.
Liaison between IT and business with responsibility for understanding business needs and goals and translating them into IT solutions that support and improve business processes. Contribution to developing and implementing IT strategies, as well as ensuring that the IT systems are in line with information security and privacy. The lead of different projects, both integration of new companies into Orkla and different RFI, RFP, and IT procurement processes.
Advise and support customers to achieve higher earnings (increase revenues and/or reduce costs) in the smart use of IT. I have had the role as project manager and solution advisor in the creation of SharePoint based solutions for companies in the Orkla Group. During this fall(2014) I have had a role as solution advisor in a feasibility study related to the creation of an Enterprice Social/Intranet/Collaboration Platform in Orkla. This is based on a Microsoft SharePoint/Office 365 platform/technology.
Overall responsible for the IT and HR Services (payroll, expenses) integration (PMI) of Jordan into Orkla. Jordan House Care is separated as a company in Orkla and Jordan Personal Home Care is merged into Orkla Brands - Lilleborg. The project had three tracks with its project managers: SAP (ERP, BW), IT infrastructure, and HR Services.

Responsible for building one new common infrastructure and organization in the new setup of Orkla Shared Services. Responsible for the total IT operation on behalf of most of the companies in Orkla. The department had approx. 45 employees were divided into five sub-departments, each with a leader reporting to me.
Responsible for the IT infrastructure and Customer Service function for delivering and supporting the applications and employees at Borregaard worldwide. In addition, I had the role of Deputy IT Manager and was a player in developing the IT strategy and IT organization in Borregaard.
