Senior Architect at Warren and Mahoney, working across complex projects and the broader conversations about the role of architecture in shaping city outcomes. My practice is grounded in clarity - intent, process, trust-based relationships and shared commitment to design quality. I bring a collaborative and proactive approach to delivery. Beyond project work, I’m active in industry, education and public discourse. I serve on the NZ Institute of Architect's Auckland Branch, believing design can contribute meaningfully to civic transformation. Recent initiatives include 'Better City', a panel discussion between NZIA and Auckland Council and leading 'The Great Debate' for The Festival of Architecture. I am a NZGBC Green Star Practitioner, teach Sustainability and Design at University and contribute on Architecture + Women NZ’s committee, co-leading the Mentoring Portfolio. I’m interested in how technologies are reshaping practice and collaborated with Professor Neil Leech on 'AI and the future of the Architectural Profession'.
Assisted in delivery of projects before growing into the day-to-day Project Lead role on various projects. Projects included new build, extensions, alterations and complex facility upgrades for private and public sector clients in the capacity of both Design Services and Project Management. - Southern Cross and Ormiston Hospitals, Hospitals and Specialist Healthcare facilities including hybrid theatres, specialist centres and stakeholder consultation - Ministry of Education Schools - Glen Innes Music and Arts Centre - Mixed-use Arts precinct - Masterplans - Commercial (Orion Health and Sandfield workplaces) - Mixed-use multi-storey tower and multi-unit residential apartment developments Experience in building and resource consents, including publicly notified resource consents process and attended Auckland Urban Design Panel process. One of the pioneering ventures to collect senior individual’s impactful life stories Validated the idea in 4 weeks, built the business model in 7 weeks, UX, UI app design, app trailer and working alongside software programmers to launch Memribox Richard De Haast the former CEO of Metlifecare is Memribox’s patron. Responsible for the production of all marketing collateral and social media management
