Jenny Pong is the Director of People and Culture at Arup, Asia Pacific Region. Prior to this role, she served as the Director of Human Resources, where she oversaw HR, Corporate Communications, and Gammon Shenzhen. With over 28 years of HR experience across various industries, including management consulting, airline, and financial services, Jenny has held several senior HR positions in the region. Notably, she was one of the Group Director - HR at Jardine Matheson, a leading conglomerate in Asia. My mission is to bring HR to the forefront of the business through capability enhancement and #HRinnovation.
I’m proud to have been appointed to the leadership team for Arup’s newly created Asia Pacific region, where I will be stepping into the role of People & Culture Director, APAC from 1 April. Our strengths in supporting sustainable outcomes position us well to address the growing demand for technical expertise and innovative solutions in a range of sectors. The formation of the APAC region is a significant milestone—reflecting the incredible opportunities across one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. I’m excited and humbled to work alongside this exceptional group of leaders.
As the People Director for Arup in East Asia Region responsible for all People related functions across Japan, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Greater China region.
