Leading Dash Cart’s checkout, authentication, and omnichannel CX, building scalable, system-driven experiences that connect in-aisle interactions, physical retail, and digital journeys.
Led and designed the end-to-end customer experience and implementation of a self-checkout system to launch in 40+ Fresh grocery stores. Achieved a 50% adoption rate at launch, surpassing the initial goal of 40%, while saving $11 million in operational costs and increasing customer satisfaction from 74% (at launch) to 86%(4 months post launch). Initiated and championed a design system program for point-of-sale products, shaping organizational strategy and driving monetization growth through third-party partnerships. Designed a total of 8 products spanning omni-channel shopping experineces, point-of-sale systems, computer vision, store operations, retail management tools, and more. Managed 3+ designers, ensuring project success through prioritization, defining daily deliverables, and fostering collaborations.
Led and established the design of an end-to-end grocery shopping framework for voice assistant screen devices. Launched a person-centric voice checkout authorization CX which allows customers to complete purchases with Alexa across 5+ Amazon domains (e.g., Kindle, Alexa Skills, Prime Video, and more).
Assisted professor Petrula Vrontikis and Designmatters department to document student’s work process. Also assisted students to develop data inspired designs and test concepts for the city of Santa Monica.
