• Lead and mentor 60+ junior engineers on computer science fundamentals, data structures/algorithms, software engineering best practices, modern full-stack web development technologies (including React, Node, Express), databases (including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), and app deployment technologies (including AWS EC2, S3, Docker, various load testing tools) • Collaborate with staff and students in identifying technical and socio-professional weaknesses in order to create plans to encourage student growth in all areas • Build strong relationships with students and act as a liaison between students and staff
