I’m a Talent Acquisition Operations professional with a passion for building efficient, tech-enabled hiring systems that scale. With a foundation in HR technology, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration, I specialise in identifying friction points, streamlining workflows, and implementing automation and AI solutions that enhance hiring and people tech systems. I believe technology should support a joyful and seamless experience — not create barriers or challenge for users. I thrive at the intersection of People, Process, and Product — often serving as the bridge between Talent Acquisition, HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders. Whether it's optimising ATS and recruitment workflows, leading system enhancements and configurations, or supporting change initiatives, I bring a product and process mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and user experience. 🔹 Key Experience HR Tech & ATS: GoodTime, SmartRecruiters, Workday, BrightHire Process Design & Optimisation Automation & Data Integrity (Workato Certified) Cross-Functional Project Management (Atlassian Suite: Jira, Confluence) Change & Stakeholder Management I’m always exploring smarter, more scalable ways to support talent teams and business objectives — and I’m open to opportunities where I can drive transformation across People & Culture, HR Systems, or TA Strategy.
This was a 360° hybrid role at the intersection of HR technology, Solution Engineering, TA operations, and IT systems support—not a typical TA Ops position. As the technical owner of GoodTime, I am responsible for end-to-end system management including configuration, troubleshooting (Tier 1–3), integration oversight, and vendor collaboration. I also contributed to the ongoing optimisation of SmartRecruiters (ATS), Brighthire, HackerRank, and Workday (HRIS)—ensuring smooth interoperability and automation readiness across our TA tech stack. I frequently partnered with IT, People Systems, and TA teams to scope requirements, lead testing, support implementations/configurations, and identify automation opportunities. I’m comfortable working with APIs, interpreting error logs, and collaborating with engineers and strategic partners of vendors to resolve complex system issues. I approach systems work with an open, with curious mind solutions-focused mindset, always looking to balance user experience with scalable technical outcomes. Key responsibilities and achievements: - Product & Systems Ownership: Led roadmap planning, system enhancements, vendor engagement, and technical configuration for GoodTime and other integrated platforms. Automation & Process Improvements: - Automated global recruiter screen scheduling (70% Reduced Time🔽) - Enabled Hiring Manager self-service workflows via Workato (0 Manual Access Requests) - Standardised and streamlined scorecard logic in SmartRecruiters (700+Scorecard Reduced⏬) - Cross-Platform Integration Projects: Supported initiatives involving Workday, SmartRecruiters, and third-party tools—contributing to business analysis, UAT, change comms, and documentation. - Technical Support: Delivered Tier 1–3 troubleshooting across TA systems, reviewed API payloads, raised tickets with vendors, and collaborated with IT to escalate and resolve system issues effectively.
As the Global TA Coordinator Lead, I owned the global recruiting coordination process and led the implementation of key systems, including GoodTime and contributed the ATS migration from Lever to SmartRecruiters. I managed a distributed team of six coordinators across the US, China, and Australia, supporting global scheduling at Canva. I also mentored four team members and directly coached two senior coordinators. I elevated the team’s structure and branding, introduced a unified cross-regional knowledge-sharing model, and established a helpdesk-style support system in collaboration with Change Partners, Business Analysts, and IT. During a three-month gap without a TA Operation lead, I stepped up to manage the team and ensure seamless operations. Key contributions include building a "One Team" model, coaching and mentoring, vendor management, stakeholder engagement across Tech TA and the broader business, and driving operational expansion into EMEA following an acquisition in January 2023. I also supported hiring and onboarding new RCs to scale with Canva’s growth.
As a Senior Engineering TA Coordinator at Canva, I led end-to-end coordination for a wide range of technical engineering roles—working with our TA Partners ( Recruiters), from Frontend and Backend to highly complex Technical Program and Engineering C-suite Leadership hires. I streamlined hiring processes through Lever ATS, mentored two coordinators, and managed stakeholder engagement across the Engineering TA team, including executive senior group leadership and the Head of Engineering with Head of Engineering TA. I played a key role in unifying business and engineering recruitment coordinators into a single global function as part of canva's growth and need, which unlocked consistent collaboration and process alignment across all hiring streams. Recognised as the highest scheduler by volume and quality engagement plus stakeholder engagement within the Engineering org
In addition to managing high-volume global scheduling, I contributed to streamlining hiring processes and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across multiple process improvement initiatives. I supported scheduling for both tech and non-tech roles across various formats and global locations, providing logistical coordination such as onsite support and travel arrangements to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Key achievements include leading process improvements through data analysis to expand the existing 1,000+ interviewer pool in the APAC region, driving global process enhancement projects, and mentoring new hires on scheduling best practices and diversity initiatives. I also facilitated knowledge sharing across regional leads to align and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborating with 10+ Operations Managers, 2 State Managers, and the HR Manager across NSW & ACT, I handled the end-to-end 360 recruitment process, including operational needs (i.e Licence, Visa checks), compliance (Medical Test), and onboarding. I also supported various industrial cases and training across NSW & ACT for Wilson Security, and assist with national HR initiatives at the HQ.
As an Aftersales Co-worker, I’ve supported various departments within the Customer Relations function, focusing on frontline service and resolving customer feedback and issues to achieve quality customer experience outcomes. I ensure compliance with policies for services like Exchange & Returns, Home Delivery, and warehouse (EMPU). Skilled in analysing situations and coordinating with customers and logistics teams to deliver the best outcome of service. I prioritise clear communication and attention to detail, while continuously seeking improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
